Capasity Report


Capasity Report

It is a document prepared electronically and approved by the Confederation of Turkish Tradesmen and Craftsmen, showing information such as registration, title, personnel, capital, address, machinery and installation, annual production capacity, capacity calculation, annual consumption capacity of workplaces belonging to tradesmen and craftsmen registered in the Tradesmen and Craftsmen Registry. It is a document valid for 3 years.

In order to increase the number of capacity reports and to carry out transactions in accordance with the requirements of the information technology age, our Confederation has prepared an "e-capacity report information system program" and detailed information about the operation of the system has been made available to users on our Confederation's website.


Editing the capacity report

- Based on the request of the tradesmen or craftsmen registered in the Tradesmen and Craftsmen Registry and the chamber, the capacity report prepared by the engineer regarding the production issue is transferred to the system. The duly prepared capacity report is approved electronically by the chamber official.

- The capacity report recorded electronically by the room is sent to the union to which the room is affiliated via the e-capacity report information system. The capacity report is examined by the union official and approved if it is complete and in accordance with the procedure. After the approval of the union, the signatures of the union president and the union general secretary are included as images in the union approval section of the capacity report.

- If the capacity report is approved electronically, the reports are checked by the Union President and the Secretary General or the Union personnel who are responsible and authorized to review and approve the capacity reports, and the approval process is carried out using the username and password given by the Confederation Information Technology Directorate. In the "Approvals" section of the capacity report, the section reserved for the union includes the phrase "... Approval of the Union of Chambers of Tradesmen and Craftsmen."

- Following the approval of the Union, the capacity report is examined by the unit experts responsible for carrying out the operations related to the capacity report in the Confederation. The approved capacity report is approved electronically by the personnel assigned and authorized by the Confederation General Secretariat, using the username and password given to them by the Information Technology Directorate. In the "Approvals" section of the capacity report, in the section reserved for the Confederation, there are the phrases "Approval of the Confederation of Turkish Tradesmen and Craftsmen" and "Date and Number". "Capacity reports that are determined not to have been prepared in accordance with the procedure are returned to the engineer who prepared the capacity report to be prepared in accordance with the procedure."

- Within the framework of the third paragraph of the 6th article of the Confederation of Turkish Tradesmen and Craftsmen Capacity Report Regulation, 2 copies of the capacity reports approved electronically will be printed and one of the capacity reports will be given to the member and one will be kept in the room. Copies of approved capacity reports will not be sent to the Union and Confederation.

 

Approval fee

The capacity report certification fee is determined on a relative basis based on the total capital and assets, in line with the provisions of Article 61 of Law No. 5362, and is announced to the chambers and unions by circular. The capacity report certification fee collected separately by the chamber, union and Confederation cannot exceed half of the annual dues amount determined according to the group to which the chamber belongs.

In order for the bank receipt for the capacity report certification fee to be seen by the union and the Confederation, it can be scanned or a clearly taken photo with a smartphone can be added to the "documents" section in the e-capacity report information system. If the bank receipt is not added to the system, the capacity report will not be approved.

 

Matters to be taken into consideration when preparing a capacity report;

- The request for changes to be made in the capacity report approved by the Confederation is forwarded to the Confederation by the chamber with a petition. If the change request reviewed by the Confederation is on the first page of the capacity report, a change is made to the previously approved capacity report. If the change request is on the other pages of the capacity report, the capacity report is canceled and approval is removed. After the necessary corrections are made in the disapproved capacity report; It is re-approved by the engineer, chamber, union and Confederation.

- For changes on the first page of the capacity report (address, workplace title), the Tradesman and Craftsman Registry Certificate must be sent along with the petition. In order for the change process to be transferred to the capacity report, a record must be made in the change requests section.

- In the amendment petition sent by the Chamber to the Confederation, it is declared that the report has not been used in any institution/organization before. No changes are made to the previously used capacity report.

- Capacity report, expiry and machinery and installation, capacity calculation, annual production capacity and annual consumption capacity sections

In case of any changes, no changes can be made to the report and the old report is canceled and renewed.

- For renewal and amendment procedures, the scanned copy of the petition sent to our Confederation by the relevant chamber (after being signed by the chamber general secretary and the chamber president/deputy chairman) must be logged into the e-capacity report information system after saving it to their computers. E- Capacity Report Information System – Inquiry must be made by writing the Tradesman's TR Identity Number in the "Inquiry Criteria" section of "Capacity Reports" and marking "All" in the "Status" section. After clicking the green "change requests" button, the "new record" section is clicked and the information on the first page of the capacity report is corrected and recorded in the section that opens. Then, when you click on the "save" button, you will see the warning "Upload signed documents for change request" and the petition and its attachment will be added to the change requests section. Whichever part of the capacity report requires correction, only that part is filled in and recorded.

- Chamber president, chamber general secretary; In case of change of union president, union general secretary, technical difficulties related to the e-capacity system and password request transactions, TESK Information Technology Directorate must be contacted.

 

Where the Capacity Report is Used:

Capasity Report;

- For Work Permit / Food Registry applications,

- Obtaining production permit,

- Participating in tenders,

- Obtaining a manufacturer's certificate,

- In import / export transactions,

- Benefiting from government supports and incentives,

- In obtaining an Industrial Registry Certificate,

- In purchasing a Domestic Goods Certificate,

etc. It is a required document for work.
